All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "accessibility tested - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities in a public parking lot of the city of Bad Kreuznach in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
• The hotel is accessible without steps via the side entrance.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
• The elevator cabin is 107 cm x 137 cm.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 117 cm high. There are other communication options while seated.
• There are wheelchair compatible tables in the dining room.

Room 117 (1st floor, double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 120 cm;
  to the left of the bed 120 cm x 170 cm; to the right of the bed 130 cm x 170 cm.
• The bed is 64 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin and WC 200 cm x 118 cm;
  to the left of the WC 60 cm x 56 cm; to the right of the WC 146 cm x 56 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rails can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited access and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The shower area at ground level is 120 cm x 150 cm. There is no grab rail. A shower seat can be provided if required.

Room 131 (1st floor, double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 155 cm;
  to the left of the bed 155 cm x 160 cm; to the right of the bed 120 cm x 120 cm.
• The bed is 48 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin and WC 200 cm x 120 cm;
  to the left of the WC 20 cm x 52 cm; to the right of the WC 18 cm x 52 cm.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The level-access shower area is 95 cm x 160 cm. A grab rail is available. A shower seat can be provided if required.

Public WC for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the washbasin 140 cm x 140 cm; in front of the WC 130 cm x 150 cm;
  to the left of the WC 87 cm x 53 cm; to the right of the WC 86 cm x 53 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rails can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited access.
• There is no alarm trigger.
