- There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator.
- There are no gradients of more than 6%.
- All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide. With the exception of the doors to room 230 and the sanitary room, which are 81 cm and 69 cm wide respectively.
- The reception counter is 110 cm high.
- Single and double rooms are available.
- Wheelchair-accessible closet in rooms 103 and 115
- The WC in the barrier-free rooms can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the WC.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
- There are tables in the restaurant that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet.
